Corrective Work

Service Description

If you are unhappy with work done elsewhere Koa is happy to help correct it. Please note in order to qualify pictures of your brows (front, both sides in good lighting) must be sent in. Corrective work is only done if brows are substantially faded...if not removal will be needed before work can be performed. Corrective work usually can be only covered by the powder brow technique. Multiple sessions (up to 3) are needed for corrective work to be done properly. It is hard working overtop of poorly healed work. Due to this a corrective charge of $100 is added to base price. Price includes: Virtual consultation, day of consultation (we can never be too prepared), initial appointment (up to 3 hours), 6-8 week perfecting session and aftercare kit.

Cancellation Policy

To book any appointment credit cards must be put on file. Please give 72 hours notice if you are not going to be able to attend your appointment. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice your deposit will be kept. If you do not show up for your appointment (no show) your deposit will be kept and your credit card will be charged the full amount of the appointment cost, minus the deposit. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show and your deposit will be kept and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment cost, minus the deposit. If you show up to your appointment and before care instructions were not followed (ex. client is sunburned, client has an eye infection, etc) your deposit will be kept and you will charged the full amount of the appointment, minus the deposit.
