As a solo artist, I take the time to understand your life, your goals, and the “why” behind your visit before I ever begin a service. At The Koa Studio, precision artistry meets compassion. My work is intentional, natural, and rooted in helping you feel more like yourself — confident, comfortable, and whole. Because of this personalized approach, all appointments are application-only, ensuring that every client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.

Why Koa?
Before becoming a cosmetic and paramedical tattoo artist, I lived in Hawaii- a place that changed the way I see beauty, healing and resilience. The word Koa in Hawaiian means warrior- brave, bold and fearless.

That meaning stayed with me long after I moved back to Maryland. I saw that same warrior spirit in women I work with every day: navigating major life changes, cancer, alopecia, recovering from medical procedures, healing from hair loss or simply wanting to feel like themselves again.

The Koa Studio is named in honor of that strength.

I’m the founder of Koa Studio, but first and foremost, I’m a mom of three who knows how challenging it can be to juggle life and still want to feel like yourself. My philosophy is less is more—enhancing your natural features so you look refreshed, confident, and effortlessly put-together. With over 8 years of experience and 15+ advanced trainings, I specialize in cosmetic and paramedical tattooing that goes beyond aesthetics. Whether you’re navigating big life changes, healing from medical procedures, or simply want to feel more like yourself, my goal is to help you regain confidence in a way that feels natural. Koa Studio is an exclusive, application-only studio, allowing me to dedicate the time, artistry, and attention to detail that every client deserves. Every appointment is tailored to you, with soft, refined results that feel authentically yours.
