Lip Blush
Lip Blush enhances your natural lips with soft, lasting color that’s completely customized to you. Whether you’re looking to add a subtle everyday tint, restore lost definition, or even out tone, this treatment brings life back to your lips in the most natural way possible.
Each pigment is custom-blended to complement your unique complexion and personal style — from a barely-there blush to a soft wash of color that replaces your daily lipstick.
Beyond beauty, Lip Blush can also camouflage scarring around the lips, restore the vermilion border that fades over time, and balance uneven pigment or shape.
Results are designed to look soft and natural and will gradually fade over time, allowing for easy adjustments as your skin and preferences change.

FAQ
How long does Lip Blush last?
Results typically last between 2–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. The color will gradually fade over time, allowing for soft, natural transitions and easy maintenance through touch-ups.
Does Lip Blush hurt?
Most clients describe the sensation as minimal discomfort rather than pain. A medical-grade topical anesthetic is used throughout the treatment to ensure you remain comfortable.
What is the healing process like?
Lip Blush is a very easy healing process. Initial healing takes about 5–7 days, during which your lips will softly flake as they settle into their final color. Full healing and color bloom occur around 4–6 weeks, at which point a perfecting session may be scheduled if needed.
Can you make them look natural?
Absolutely. Every pigment is custom-blended to enhance your natural tone. The goal is a result that looks soft, balanced, and effortless — more like a gentle tint than lipstick.
Can Lip Blush help with scars or uneven color?
Yes. Lip Blush can camouflage scarring around the mouth, restore definition to the vermilion border, and balance uneven tone or shape, giving the lips a smoother, more youthful appearance.
Is it right for me?
Lip Blush is ideal for anyone who wants to enhance their natural color, simplify their beauty routine, or restore definition lost with age. It’s also a great option for clients with faded pigmentation, mild scarring, or asymmetry who want a natural, confidence-boosting result.
Who Lip Blush Is Not For?
While Lip Blush is safe and transformative for most clients, there are a few cases where it may not be the right choice. This treatment is not recommended for individuals who: Are pregnant or breastfeeding Have active cold sores, open wounds, or infections on or around the lips Are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation (consult your doctor first) Have used Accutane (isotretinoin) within the past year Have had recent lip filler or Botox (please wait at least 4 weeks) Are prone to keloid scarring or have certain autoimmune conditions that affect healing Have uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding disorders, or other conditions that may impact pigment retention or healing If you’re unsure whether Lip Blush is right for you, a consultation at The Koa Studio is the best place to start. We’ll discuss your goals, review your medical history, and ensure you’re an ideal candidate before scheduling your appointment.
